Revision Policy
Six months after your surgery date, your plastic surgeon will review and evaluate the progress of your cosmetic surgery procedure(s). You will be required to send three photos of each surgery area every two months post surgery for six months. During this review period if the surgeon should feels that unsatisfactory results have been achieved, he or she will perform a revision surgery at no cost to you. The clinic charges will be billed to the patient.
In order to uphold this policy all clients must send three photos taken on a solid background of each surgery area every two months (NO cell phone photos). Failure to do so will void the surgery guarantee offered by your doctor.
In addition any additional surgery performed by another doctor other than a Cosmetic Harmony surgeon will void the surgery guarantee. All pictures should be sent to your doctor's email, which we will provide, and Cosmetic Harmony at quotes@cosmeticharmony.com, info@cosmeticharmony.com
