  1. Definition of our role in the contract
    Cosmetic Harmony commits itself to provide the client with the service agreed upon by both sides. The price of the overall service is subject to change until the contract between the costumer and Cosmetic Harmony comes into existence and the booking is confirmed. The contract between the client and Cosmetic Harmony only comes into existence after the client sends the deposit and Cosmetic Harmony, issues an invoice for the client. The date on the invoice is considered as the starting point of the contract. By issuing the invoice by Cosmetic Harmony the booking of the service is considered as confirmed.
  2. Prices
    The final price of the service should include the treatment itself and all items listed in the contract you signed. The client is responsible for any unexpected costs related to the treatment that are not already included in the treatment price guide.
  3. Terms and conditions of payments
    After the agreement on the type of surgery and on the date of the treatment is made, a deposit of 30% is required. This can be paid using a credit card or bank transfer. The rest of the payment is paid in Colombia by cash or a credit card. By sending us the completed medical questionnaire, the client is confirming she/he has understood the terms and conditions.
    The surgery cancellation can be made no less than 14 days before the procedure. If a change in surgery date is made, there will be a $995 usd fee charged. If the surgery is canceled there is no refund After every payment, an invoice with the remaining balance with all the payment details would be sent to the client. In case you will be processing the payment for your cosmetic surgery package by credit/debit card the amount will be debited in US Dollars.
  4. The treatment and the relationship with the clinic
    Cosmetic Harmony holds no medical qualifications. Cosmetic Harmony does not carry any responsibility for the work of the surgeon, or the clinic and its staff. In case the surgeon does not recommend the surgery, we do not hold the responsibility. All the medical work undertaken is the responsibility of the clinic. The clinic will provide the client with all the necessary advices and instructions. If the client refuses to follow them resulting into any type of damage or loss because of the lack of care on the client’s side, Cosmetic Harmony does not take any responsibility.
  5. Medical Questionnaire
    By returning us a completed medical questionnaire, you agree to let Cosmetic Harmony and the clinic use this questionnaire for the purposes limited to medical use only. Cosmetic Harmony does not take any responsibility in case the client has provided false information or has concealed client's full medical history. All the information in the questionnaire will be treated in a discrete and confidential way. None of the information you provide us for the purpose of the treatment will be used in the future without your written permission.
  6. Other circumstances
    The client is responsible for his/her safe arrival to Colombia. Cosmetic Harmony does not take any responsibility in case there is a delay in flight or if the client's traveling documents are not valid or insufficient.
    Cosmetic Harmony is not liable for any compensation in case our supplier cannot provide the service as agreed upon. Cosmetic Harmony is not responsible for any unexpected circumstances requiring further costs and expenses which are beyond the subject of the contract, or which are beyond our control which we cannot foresee and avoid even after our best possible effort.
    In case there are any changes in the booking from the side of the Cosmetic Harmony, we guarantee to provide such information to the client as soon as possible. Cosmetic Harmony ensures its client that in such a case Cosmetic Harmony will re-arrange the date or other conditions of the treatment to the client's satisfaction. Financial refund or non-monetary compensations are possibilities after mutual agreement is made. If client does not agree with our proposal of solution in case a problem is created on our side, a full financial refund is possible.
